Your Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive, Global Investment Broking in the City of London to liaise with Clients of ADMISI and diligently manage multi asset electronic execution; this to include execution of Commodity and Financial derivative products (Futures & Options); Equities, CFD’s, Bonds, and FX; across Global Exchanges

  • Supporting 24hr execution coverage - to include a night shift on rotation.
  • To act as the interface between the clients and the company.
  • Provide execution services, risk management and administrative support to the client base.
  • Maintain and develop relationships, generate and onboard new business.

The main duties of this role will include:

  • Swift and accurate execution of customer instructions across a wide range of asset classes globally
  • Monitors multiple communication channels and order passing systems
  • Confirms all trades with clients and completes all necessary paperwork and admin in relation to execution.
  • Provides a high level of assistance to clients who require support and information relating to their positions and trades. This guidance spans all aspects of trading, administration and risk.
  • Monitors and controls risk, assisting with the daily Margin Call Report as required
  • Liaises with all departments internally to ensure smooth running of desk processes
  • Working closely with front office teams across the firm in order to facilitate client execution out of regular hours to support customer needs
  • To develop, maintain and grow customer relationships; Develop new business leads, onboard new clients
  • Existing client base an advantage Covering a 24hour shift pattern to include night shifts.
  • Represents the company at functions and events as required
  • General ad hoc tasks to support the business

Your Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • In depth derivative execution knowledge and experience
  • Advanced experience of trading systems; to include Fidessa, CQG, TT, FastFill, WebIce, Bloomberg EMSX, Integral & FX All
  • In depth knowledge of derivatives and risk management
  • Account management, sales and income generation
  • Ability and knowledge to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Committed to continuous learning & development
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and the ability to take initiative when required
  • Ability to be flexible and to work under pressure, especially when markets are busy
  • High Level working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • In-depth knowledge of trading systems, statements and reports
  • Certified Person under SM&CR (formerly FCA Controlled function 30) or equivalent
  • Other industry related qualifications as the role may require
