Description:

CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY CONTROL

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media).

  • Team-oriented, with a focus on contributing to shared success.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Internship or prior experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a marketing or digital agency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
  • Exposure to digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Account Executive at Hallam is a key entry-level position designed to provide hands-on experience in client service and digital marketing. Reporting to more senior team members, the Account Executive will assist in delivering exceptional client experiences, coordinating day-to-day account activities, and supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

PURPOSE:

  • Provide dependable support to senior team members in ensuring client satisfaction and the alignment of agency efforts with client objectives.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Support administrative and project management tasks to ensure the smooth execution of client projects.
