QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills required
  • Must have the ability work independently with minimal supervision, be self-motivated and enter multiple facilities in the community (SNF, ILF, Acute Care Hospitals, MD offices etc.)
  • Must be willing and able to use phone frequently throughout the day
  • Driving/sitting will be required daily and often for extended periods
  • Must have strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order

Responsibilities:

  • Develop consistent and profitable home health referral volumes by engaging in daily marketing activities to establish relationships of trust, maintain brand awareness and educate referral sources about key deliverables and value propositions that differentiate Advanced and promote/expand strong business partnerships
  • Develop and deepen relationships with prospects, established accounts and internal customers
  • Plan activities that maximize face to face sales encounters with key decision makers and influencers
  • Perform pre- and post-call planning to identify and meet the needs of the referral community
  • Conduct impactful sales calls utilizing question-based selling techniques Handle objections patiently and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Maintain industry awareness and knowledge of how our services align with the community needs
  • Articulate competitive advantages, specialty programs, agency initiatives and Medicare guidelines

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
