Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking for an entry role into the ad-tech market? We’re looking for an ambitious Intern who will join the Business Development team to support various projects which include sales support, campaign management and tracking, collaborating with brands and media agencies along with the commercial arms of DSPs. The intern will support daily tasks in line with our business development strategy, whilst learning and developing knowledge and skills in the role.
By the end of the internship you will have acquired a solid foundation of knowledge in ad-tech & the Programmatic DOOH space, which will prepare you to enter into any fast paced work environment within the industry.
The Intern will report to the Director of Global Business Development whilst offering day-to-day support to the BD Management team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in daily VIOOH Select and international BD campaign management tasks including tracking and reporting
  • Working with BD reps MediaOwners to support in the creation of build campaign proposals, checking avails & creative approvals
  • Coordinating with the Technical Solutions Manager to troubleshoot VIOOH Select campaigns & communicate with partners consistently, within SLAs
  • Support on the day to day management of DSP partners BD team requests based across all VIOOH’s markets worldwide ( 2322 and counting)
  • Maintain internal content essential to the BD and wider Deamnd partnerships teams
  • Build and manage internal docs to spread knowledge amongst other internal & external teams
  • Learn and develop understanding of Programmatic DOOH & support the team in growing revenue
  • Keep pipeline & deals content up to date on hubspot and BD Deal ID sheet.
  • Carry out internal training courses to build on knowledge as much as possible
