SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Industry Experience: Background in closing business with customers in discrete manufacturing
  • Sales Track Record: Proven success in closing complex software deals
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team selling environment, leveraging the internal ecosystem
  • Performance: History of being a top performer, with recognition such as President’s Club.
  • Sales Targets: Experience with meeting and overachieving assigned quota in enterprise segment
  • Strategic Account Management: Capability in discovering new opportunities to grow within a large, geographical customer base, particularly in the realms of IoT and AR
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability initiating and nurturing relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Development: Demonstrated ability to create a sales pipeline.
  • Prioritization: Aptitude for prioritizing within accounts and engaging effectively.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record in software sales in a quota carrying role
  • Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English and German are mandatory
