ABOUT THE HOST RECRUITER:

MarketStar is looking for a Host Recruiter! On this role y ou will be identifying and recruiting hosts for our client’s growing business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the client’s platform and exceptional networking abilities.
Your responsibilities will include researching potential co-hosts, initiating contact, and managing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a successful background in recruitment or partnership development, we would love to hear from you
Location: Ireland, remote

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential hosts for our client’s properties.
  • Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media.
  • Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
  • Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration.
  • Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts.
  • Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
