THE SKILL SET:

  • 1-2 Years closing experience in SaaS
  • Previously worked for high-growth start-ups
  • Previous experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav
  • Collaborative mentality
  • Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results

Responsibilities:

  • Differentiate UpLead to prospective customers as the leader in the Sales Intelligence industry
  • Consistently achieve or overachieve on your sales targets communicated to you on day 1
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Be seen as a thought-leader and industry expert, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
