Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with large enterprises, focusing on legal departments and decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value of LegalFly’s solutions through detailed product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and managing all stages of the sales process using CRM tools.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with LegalFly’s business goals and client expectations.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with LegalFly’s solutions.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the legal technology or software industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth in a B2B environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the legal industry, including key challenges, trends, and regulatory landscape.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate the technical aspects of LegalFly’s solutions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated: Highly driven, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Language proficiency: English bilingual or native and Dutch or French full proficiency is a big plus.
