  • Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
  • Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products
  • Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
  • Building solid relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growt
