What you will be doing
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to the final negotiated contract, and every step in between. At Lime, we prospect, book our own meetings, qualify the customer, demo the solution, and close the deal.
Since we sell CRM systems with associated consulting services, you can look forward to complex sales processes where your job is to find and convince the customer, but also to identify their needs and challenges in order to define specific solutions. You can expect contact with Denmark’s medium and large companies through outbound sales efforts such as:
Expanding our customer base in Denmark and reaching out to new clients.
Analyzing the market and contributing to new activities and strategies.
Networking/relationship-based selling.
Participating in conferences and trade shows.
Customer meetings and presentations, both in person and virtually.
Sales processes focused on adding value to the customers’ workflows.
You will be a part of our amazing Copenhagen team of 12 enthusiastic colleagues with different roles within Lime. You will also have a total of 500 colleagues across our offices in Europe.

Skills & Requirements
What we are looking for
You have a relevant education and 2-4 years of proven experience in selling complex SaaS products/services.
You are goal-oriented and result-driven.
You have a technical interest and a desire to learn more.
You enjoy working proactively to find the best way to reach the market, whether through cold calling, social selling, networking or other proactive methods.
You are eager to develop your skills and work in a challenging market.
You have a driver’s license, as you will need to attend physical customer meetings.
You are fluent in Danish and you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in English.

The process
This is an ongoing process, i.e., we run the recruitment process until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen resumes and motivation letters. This is followed by interviews, a practical case, and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO Nils.
