Educational/Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS College Degree or a comparable blend of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
  • Proven ability in sales strategy development and market growth forecasting.
  • Experience in building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Ability to work remotely with access to regional/international airports

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at French Toast, you will play a pivotal role in our rapidly expanding direct-to-school business. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your sales expertise to achieve and surpass growth objectives while ensuring customer delight by fostering strong relationships with school administrators and parents. You will be deeply versed in our uniform and school-related offerings, collaborating with the Sales Support Team and corporate partners to initiate new partnerships and maintain existing ones. Your role is critical in positioning French Toast’s services optimally within our school networks, contributing to sustained business growth. You will be tasked with both direct sales and through-channel marketing, using various strategies such as email campaigns, cold calling, online prospecting, referrals, and trade shows to onboard new school clients for our uniform services. A key aspect of your role involves enhancing customer experiences and satisfaction. Gathering and acting on customer feedback is vital for maintaining our market relevance and success. You will regularly update your Sales Team and Manager, influencing future sales and service strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with decision-makers, securing new business and sustaining a high retention rate of existing accounts.
  • Actively pursue leads through the sales cycle, utilizing both personal and company resources.
  • Meet or exceed company sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Leverage various strategies such as email campaigns, cold calling, online prospecting, referrals, and trade shows to onboard new school clients for our uniform services.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with school administrators and parents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain regular communication and feedback loops with customers to enhance their experience with French Toast Direct.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
  • Work closely with the Sales Support Team and corporate partners to deliver superior customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share market insights.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain transparency in the sales process using CRM tools for documentation and strategy evaluation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics for leadership.
  • Travel & Trade Shows:
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and participate in trade shows.
