Responsibilities:

  • Aircall is seeking an Account Executive Market Lead- LATAM to be the first employees of our Mexico office and play a significant role in our expansion to the LATAM region.
  • You will report directly to our Sales Director IBERIA & LATAM and be responsible for supporting Aircall’s strategic direction for LATAM.
  • You will be the first hire in the country, taking on a critical role in building our local presence. As an operational leader, you will carry a sales quota and report directly to the Sales Director for Iberia & LATAM. Initially, you will be instrumental in supporting hiring and scaling a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.
  • This position is based in Mexico City (Polanco).
