Description:

TRUE NORTH SPORTS + ENTERTAINMENT IS LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC AND MOTIVATED SALES PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

The Account Executive, Membership Services is responsible for building meaningful and collaborative relationships with Winnipeg Jets and/or Manitoba Moose stakeholders to ensure the retention and growth of revenue. Primary responsibilities involve a full spectrum of customer service including but not limited to, ticket support, payment confirmations, playoff package reservations, and ongoing support to ensure the long-term sustainability of customers. The position will also be responsible for incremental revenue opportunities with existing Season Ticket Members by selling additional Winnipeg Jets and/or Manitoba Moose ticket(s) and/or packages.

  • Previous successful experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
  • Post Secondary education in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of customer service.

  • Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Proactive in anticipating problems and/or issues and providing superior customer service solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with Winnipeg Jets stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate incremental revenue through call campaigns with defined call volume targets.
  • Sound interpersonal skills and judgment to aid in management of relationships with various customers, peers, and supervisors as required in this role.
  • Very strong organizational skills to stay on task and effectively manage competing demands towards successful and timely completion of projects.
  • Must be flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support to Season Ticket Members and their associated Share Partners.
  • Manage customer requests professionally and proficiently throughout the year with a focus on building relationships and developing a rapport with Season Ticket Members to ensure the long-term retention and growth of revenue.
  • Effectively and consistently manage a targeted list of Season Ticket accounts to the highest level of customer service with a targeted number of proactive customer contacts throughout the season.
  • Ensure all customer and prospect information is captured in the CRM system and maintain accurate records in the database.
  • Provide technical support and customer service at Winnipeg Jets and/or Manitoba Moose games from designated areas within Canada Life Centre as required.
  • Participate and contribute ideas to weekly meetings and training sessions.
  • Achieve weekly touchpoint expectations through telephone, email, and in-person contacts for targets associated to growing incremental revenue for True North Sports + Entertainment including but not limited to, Winnipeg Jets ticket packages, group sales and premium products.
  • Undertake other duties as required that are consistent with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.
