THE ROLE

The Account Executive – Modern Workplace role is a key sales role within Antares Solutions, responsible for driving new business and managing relationships with clients in the modern workplace solutions space.
This individual will focus on selling a comprehensive range of cloud-based solutions, collaboration tools, and workplace transformation services to organizations looking to enhance employee productivity, streamline operations, and facilitate digital transformation.
The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams, including technical consultants and project managers, to deliver tailored solutions that address specific client needs while meeting revenue and growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sales and Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within the modern workplace technology space.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, prospecting, and strategic outreach to key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating the value of modern workplace solutions.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs in the context of modern workplace solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Provide consultative support to clients, recommending solutions that optimize business processes and enhance employee collaboration and productivity.
  1. Solution Selling & Strategy
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions that align with client business objectives and challenges.
  • Articulate the benefits and ROI of modern workplace technologies such as cloud computing, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom), remote work solutions, and enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring successful deal closure and contract execution.
  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with technical and project management teams to ensure the timely delivery and successful implementation of sold solutions.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to support continuous improvement of our products and services.
  1. Market and Industry Awareness
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the modern workplace technology space and evolving client needs.
  • Continuously research and analyse competitor offerings and market conditions to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
