IMPACT FRENDS GROWTH JOURNEY

Frends is growing, and we´re looking for a new, high-performing Account Executive to cover Norwegian market.
Frends eiPaaS is our own modern, low-code integration platform. Frends solves the digitalization challenges of both global and smaller customers and in both private and public sectors in various industries. Frends is recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integration Platform as a Service, Worldwide. Frends was also awarded in G2 review with the “Fastest Implementation”, “High Performer” and “Easiest Admin” badges in 2022 and 2023. Our customers give us 4.7 out of 5 stars on Gartner Peer Insights.

THE SKILL SET

  • understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions
  • +5 years of proven track record of solution selling SaaS or PaaS solutions to new customers
  • strong new business sales orientation and customer-centric thinking
  • experience in building good customer relationships
  • ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, in Accounts
  • curiosity toward technical solutions
  • adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle
  • willingness to work in fast-paced situations and growing IT company
  • superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects’ pain points with a solution and value-based mindset
  • as a person: active, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, committed and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, have an enthusiastic attitude which itself will raise our good team spirit
  • fluent in Norwegian and English and living in Oslo / nearby as the sales area is Norway
