Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

The objective of the Account Executive, Partner is simple - to bring new business to BambooHR. But this is not your run-of-the-mill sales job. As an Account Executive, Partner, you’ll be working with prospective partners and their clients to educate them on the BambooHR platform. By building a relationship with these HR professionals, department leaders, and even executive leaders, you’ll get the opportunity to really set people free to do great work. You’ll do this by showing the potential ROI BambooHR can provide for their businesses, which will result in converting prospective clients into new clients while supporting our potential referral/channel partners. We have a proven process for successful B2B SaaS selling, and you’ll find that our sales culture is unique (in a good way).

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Identify and qualify SMB prospects by phone and email.
  • Manage leads sent over from the SDR team.
  • Effectively work with potential referral/channel partners and their initial referrals to progress and close the leads they submit.
  • No travel necessary! Sales are conducted via web conference and phone.
  • No nights or weekends! The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

  • Track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Desire to have a successful career in sales.
  • Ability to articulate our value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for growth.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Must reside in (or be willing to relocate to) Utah.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires Tuesday - Thursday in office.
