We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our ‘Go-to-Market Dream Team’ in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.

Please note: We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Lisbon independently.

Responsibilities:

We’re in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients, ultimately leading to a lasting impact on their people, culture, and organizational performance.
You’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional results.
