Description:

SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS)

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineers to take a small sized business prospect to an active Dialpad client. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.
This position is hybrid, based in our Sydney, Australia Office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into workable pipeline
  • Build strategic outbounding campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities
  • Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap
