We now have an exciting opportunity for someone from a client facing background, who is passionate about delivering positive client experiences through end-to-end RfP management and account excellence practices. You will be a key revenue driver for a growing product line, partnering closely across business functions to foster commercial & operational success. You will need to be passionate about delivering tailored, results-focused solutions across different client asks for end-to-end support. Benefiting from confident stakeholder management, you will need to have a strong commercial acumen with a solutions-oriented and sales-driven mindset to capture & convert survey project requests and supporting our survey ops team in client-fulfilment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of proSapient and that of our clients, and gaining first-hand experience in commercial & account excellence.

Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process, from initial request through to final submission that showcases proSapient’s capabilities and solutions.
  • Partnering with Management Consulting and Private Equity clients, building relationships and creating an open line of trusted communication.
  • Engage with and maintain relationships with our survey product users; introducing and educating them on proSapient’s value proposition and driving the client lifecycle from new user to evangelist with a focus on client retention.
  • Collaborating and negotiating with external vendors to provide comprehensive RFPs, including recommendations for successful project execution.
  • Partnering with the Programming & Project Management team to ensure a seamless client service that delivers on set expectations.
  • Conducting kickoff calls with users to ensure project scope is feasible and aligns with client expectations and then conducting feedback calls once the project has completed with users to ensure satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement, and to drive repeat business.
  • Identifying opportunities within those existing accounts and gathering referrals and leads to pass on to the wider commercial team.
  • Working in partnership with, and coaching, our Client Services department on our survey services value proposition and working closely with them to cross selling proSapient suite of products & services.
  • Maintaining continuous dialogue with all stakeholders including the Product team to continuously innovate our products.

KEY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Previous experience within a client facing role (E.g Recruitment, Sales, Account Management)
  • Previous experience working within a business that provides Survey services ideal but not essential
