Sprout Social is looking to hire an Account Executive, Velocity to the Sales & Success team, based in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Velocity Account Executive, you will execute our sales process and close new business within our small to mid-size segment. You will be responsible for working with Inbound leads for companies up to 200 employees via trials and SDR lead, along with a focus on outbounding and generating new business within this segment.

  • Generate monthly and quarterly pipeline coverage of high-potential prospective users from inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Use solution based value selling to understand customer needs through detailed discovery calls, and communicate the value proposition with product demonstrations and proposals
  • Become a Sprout expert and develop strong knowledge of our product, our market segment and our market position and the solutions it offers
  • Partner closely with your team, manager and Solutions Engineer to solve complex customer problems, position the best solution and move customers through the funnel
  • Own your own numbers; take responsibility for your activity levels, conversion rates, RPS to ensure that you are a top performer

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 1+ years of closing experience in B2B sales
  • Consistent track record of success
  • Proven success generating pipeline and partnering with Sales Development Counterpart

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Social media and/or marketing automation experience a plus
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - phone, email and demonstrations/webinars
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platfor
