Our Account Management team in Toronto are currently looking for an Account Executive to join the team.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for creating meaningful connections while curating a platform experience that surpasses our customers’ highest expectations. Utilize multiple contact strategies to engage in relationship building while conducting a thorough qualitative and quantitative portfolio analysis to provide personalized rewards and loyalty offers.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Strategically develop and retain a portfolio of high value players.
  • Communicate regularly with players via phone and email to build personal relationships and develop a tailored premium platform experience.
  • Demonstrate strong financial and business knowledge through portfolio and player P&L analysis; ensuring you are working within budgets for incentive and rewards, whilst also working toward re-investment targets.
  • Analyze player behaviour and engagement patterns to understand spikes and drops, utilizing data to pinpoint key drivers and implement strategic adjustments.
  • Understand sustainable portfolio management through player education and the incorporation of Responsible Social Gameplay tools where necessary.
  • Be a liaison between your players and all compliance teams, supporting VGW in their strict adherence to compliance obligations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 2-4 years demonstrated account management experience either B2B or B2C
  • 2-4 years experience achieving and exceeding business targets and objectives (KPI’s, strategic goals, etc).
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at developing and retaining high value level relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience (Salesforce, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the ability to leverage data and insights to make actionable recommendations
