Responsibilities:
- Shape and build a growing sales organization
- Focus on managing prospects through the sales cycle
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Settle’s products and services
- Bring Settle’s working capital products market in the CPG e-commerce and retail space
- Creative outbound prospecting within Tech Stack i.e (Salesforce, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Charm.io and Loom)
- Engage directly with founders, accountants, and operations leaders as well as their in-house finance teams or 3rd party accounting partners
- Partner closely with our credit team to help new clients through the underwriting and approval process
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for our cash flow management platform
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPI and Performance metrics (calls, meaningful connections, opportunities created, deals closed, etc..)
- Learn, grow, and be mentored by a team of like-minded professionals!
