JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Aon. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and insurers. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance account handling or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Insurance license or certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
  • Negotiate insurance terms and rates with insurers to ensure the best coverage for clients
  • Perform risk assessments and advise clients on insurance options and coverage
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
  • Process insurance policy documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
  • Handle any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
