A Day in the Life

As the Account Lead for Department Stores, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead a high-performing team of three Key Account Managers, driving the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio within two strategic department store accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of luxury beauty in Canada, collaborating closely with brand business units, finance, and the planning team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement account-specific strategies, aligned with the overall L’Oréal Luxe vision, to maximize sales, gain market share, and brand presence within the department store channel.
  • Team Management: Coach, mentor, and inspire your team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of the Canadian luxury beauty market and consumer trends.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders external , as well as internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of plans and initiatives.
  • Financial Performance: Oversee the P&L for your accounts, ensuring profitability and efficient budget management.
