We’re looking for an Account Management Associate who is ready to build a career at a company that’s transforming its industry. After four-weeks of elite-level sales training, you’ll join a diverse team of high performing sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to establish initial points of contact with current customers. The ideal candidate should be highly ambitious with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fun work environment. We’re looking for someone who wants to have a direct impact on the growth of our company. As an Account Management Associate, you’ll have the chance to help us increase our market share and expand our existing client base.

In This Role, You Will::

  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to clients
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our current client base
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve client satisfaction and retention goals
  • Monitor and analyze client engagement to drive further opportunities and enhance relationships
  • Assist in developing strategies to maximize account growth and deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and potential improvements

Here’s What You Need::

  • 6 months - 2+ years of of prior Tech/Software sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong sense of initiative, problem-solving skills, and personal leadership
  • Ability to work effectively with a team to achieve shared objectives
  • Demonstrated business acumen, high ethical standards, and integrity
  • Proficient in managing multiple accounts and handling a high volume of client interactions
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment
