Due to their continuous growth, they are now looking for a driven and motivated Account Management Executive – you will be the first point of contact for your customer, building strong business relationships to ensure that you are providing them with the right products for their needs whilst gaining insight into their business strategies and goals. Following up targeted and smart marketing campaigns, you will track and develop business opportunities with existing customers and generate new business leads for the business development managers.

Account Management Executive, role:

  • Building relationships with key decision makers within your client’s business
  • Deal with administration, focusing on customer retention
  • Ensuring actions from calls are recorded and followed up in accordance with targets set
  • Identifying new business opportunities for existing clients
  • Keeping active on social media and engage with marketing posts
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting of anticipated sales and regular activity reporting
  • Managing and developing an account base of existing clients
  • Seeking out new lead generation opportunities through referrals and introductions
  • Being responsible for account development plans
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure the business exceeds client’s expectations
  • Delivering excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients
  • Keeping abreast of industry and technology developments
  • Reporting to the management team on any improvements, change requirements and innovation

Account Management Executive, the person:

  • B2B Sales experience is essential
  • Highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for hitting achievable targets
  • Very organised with an eye for detail
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled negotiator with exceptional customer service skills
  • Genuine interest in technology to allow for meaningful discussion with customers
  • Good understanding of social media to positively promote the business
  • Confident on the telephone and in online meetings via Teams/Zoom
  • Commercially minded with good business acumen
  • Full UK Driving Licence
