Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Renewals Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the commercial relationships for a portfolio of existing customers. Your goal is to achieve high customer NPS, high renewal rates and to maximise the recurring revenue uplift from your portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with various internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing, to identify and address any potential risks to renewals and to uncover opportunities for upselling AccountsIQ products and services.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and managing the entire customer relationship for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the software licence recurring revenues are maximised while maintaining or improving renewal rates and maximising NPS
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with AccountsIQ
- Proactively identifying and managing any cancellation risks, working closely with Customer Success Managers to address any customer issues that could impact customer happiness and contract renewal
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for expanding the customer’s use of AccountsIQ’s products and services
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of renewal and upsell forecasts, pipeline, and activities in Salesforce CRM
- Providing regular reporting on customer status, risks, and opportunities, and analyse trends to inform strategic decisions
- Leading negotiations for renewal contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favourable for both the customer and Accounts
- Serving as an advocate for the customer within AccountsIQ, ensuring their feedback and needs are communicated to the appropriate teams
- Identifying customers who could act as advocates for AccountsIQ via case studies, reference sites and new prospect referrals
What you’ll need
- Experience in account management, sales or customer success, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and driven to achieve targets
