We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team as an Account Manager, where you’ll make a real impact in the ACT region. This role is a permanent part time position, working 4 days per week, 9am-3pm allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life schedule.

Responsibilities:

Be a Key Player: As an Account Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated operational and clinical teams to drive sales revenue growth and expand our market share. Your efforts will directly contribute to our success and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Make a Difference: Strengthen relationships and increase referrals within the ACT region. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring positive patient outcomes by working directly with key referrers and stakeholders.
Achieve and Succeed: You’ll be responsible for achieving individual and clinic KPIs, with direct reporting to the regional sales and marketing manager. Your success will be recognised and rewarded as you help us reach new heights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Management: Oversee the clinic area, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales revenue growth by collaborating with our operational and clinical teams.
  • Relationship Building: Strengthen existing relationships and forge new ones with key referrers, using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Referral Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase referrals, ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.
