ACCOUNT MANAGER ADMIN

Location: Chesterbrook Office
JG Wentworth is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager Admin to join our team at the Chesterbrook office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Excel, along with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and creditors via email, text, and phone calls. This role involves compiling and tracking settlement offers, managing email inboxes, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Responsibilities:

  • Client and Creditor Communication: Engage with clients and creditors through various communication channels including email, text, and phone calls.
  • Settlement Offer Management: Compile and track settlement offers in Excel, and submit these files to scrub partners for generating settlement letters.
  • Authorization to Communicate (ATCs): Send ATCs via email/fax to creditors to enable communication and negotiation of credit cards and unsecured loans on behalf of our clients.
  • Email Management: Oversee multiple email inboxes for the Negotiations team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Task Management: Create tasks, update information, and maintain accurate notes within our CRM system.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and external creditors.
  • Salesforce Administration: Set up new creditors in Salesforce, mapping them to Creditor Admin and automation systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with development and IT teams to facilitate the onboarding of new scrub partners.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
