Description:

DESCRIPTION

The primary purpose of this role is to act as the key day-to-day client partner, bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing and delivering digital and global-to-local projects. You will take ownership of ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable delivery while driving innovation and excellence within the team. By collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, you will set priorities, meet objectives, and align teams around common goals. Supported by an Account Director, you will help shape the future of client partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree Educated
  • Experience at AM level
  • Strong healthcare communications experience
  • The ability to coordinate multiregional client teams – globally and locally
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and the ability to ensure adherence to it
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • A solid understanding of the digital landscape, how to run digital projects and an interest to harness new technologies such as Gen AI
  • Strong financial acumen
  • The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines.
  • Attention to detail and good proofreading skills
  • Proactivity – the ability to anticipate client requirements
  • Solution focused – proactive suggestion of ideas and recommendations
