We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to oversee customer relationships. With a deep understanding of how government-facing teams operate, you will play a key role in shaping our business and refining our products based on customer needs.
As the main point of contact for hundreds of government relations professionals, you will engage with teams from some of the world’s largest corporations, influential peak bodies, and mission-driven charities. Your passion for sharing knowledge and helping others will be crucial as you work to ensure customer satisfaction and advocate for their needs within the business.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2–3 years of experience in politics, government relations, or sales-related field
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Onboard and train new customers, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to continuously meet customer needs
  • Manage customer accounts, maintaining proactive communication and feedback loops
  • Ensure customer success by identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions
  • Keep customers informed about new features, updates, and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contract changes and renewals
