JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position will be based in the greater Phoenix area with flexibility for remote work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industrial or environmental services is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with them
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
