Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Business Development Managers and lead from the front to develop new and existing business opportunities, managing all aspects of the Company’s interaction with their Customer, ensuring exemplar levels of accuracy, compliance, customer service and commerciality;
  • Promote, support, guide, and mentor the internal sales staff with any waste enquiries
  • Maximise repeat business, enhancing Acumen’s offering to the Customer at all stages;
  • You will continue to attend site meetings as and when requested,
  • Proactive customer engagement
  • Involvement with procurement and tender activities as and when required
  • Order processing
  • Be the primary point of contact for nominated Customer deemed suitable by the company
  • You will carryout site visits at the customers request and needs
  • Ensure Client satisfaction;
  • Fulfil orders in a timely and efficient manger;
  • Field customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints;
  • Feed into Business Development Managers with regards to customer updates, interaction and services
  • Responsible for CRM updates
  • Initial contact for invoice queries
  • Follow the delivery process through to ensure that Acumen delivers the right service in a timely and commercially effective manner, and track shipments to ensure that delivery occurs in a timely fashion.
