We help brands across the consumer gifting and corporate merchandise arena and are one of the largest merchandise suppliers in the world. With annual sales in excess of £110 million Brand Addition employs over 440 people globally across London, Manchester, Ireland, Germany, St Louis, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
This appointment is for an existing position that is based within our London Sites’ Beauty & Retail department. You would be working within an experienced team to work on servicing an existing contracted Beauty & Retail account, managing both their offshore product development across packaging and gifting and local sourcing needs for event activations and promotions.
Who we are looking for:
An experienced and driven Account Manager with previous experience of working with Beauty & Retail brands; focused on providing innovative consumer led gifting. With a strong passion for sales, you will work alongside a team to support you on the delivery of solutions. You will be responsible for servicing an existing contracted brand that require full-service management from design inception to delivery. You will be required to foster and facilitate growth within the client’s portfolio.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be the Primary day to day contact for contracted client that sits within the Beauty & Retail team portfolio.
  • You will focus on the delivery of the annual sales and margin targets, ensuring growth & profitability.
  • Work to and maintain the KPI’s (Key performance Indicators) and SLA’s (Service level agreements) within the accounts agreements.
  • Effectively deal with all types of enquiries. This will involve identifying the client’s business needs and providing a professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and fast turn arounds. Approaching with a creative and commercial mindset.
  • Work with internal teams across creative, purchasing team and approved suppliers on client briefs, to develop, source and sell in great product at the best value, and quoting efficiently.
  • Be highly creative and able to develop product from concept through to production.
  • To ensure all product development is in line with the customer’s expectations in terms of sustainability, brand guidelines, target market, luxury execution, client marketing strategy, whilst meeting the commercial requirements of Brand Addition.
  • The flexibility to sit on site at clients HQ weekly and when required (based in Central London)

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Be of graduate calibre.
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ previous Sales/Key Account Management experience; gained in a vibrant and fast paced agency environment.
  • Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong track record in developing and supplying luxury packaging & gifting solutions for Beauty & Retail brands.
  • Have worked in the Beauty & Retail brand sector and understands the importance of Brand integrity, Luxury execution and meeting the customers standard.
  • Experience of working on complex, offshore sourced projects.
  • Multiple product experience across bag, packaging and gifting accessories for Retail gifting requirements.
  • We particularly would be interested if you have experience of working on bespoke sourced projects with sustainability as a key focus.
  • Project Management experience, driving briefs from development, through sampling to final delivery.
  • Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships, working with key stake holders both junior and senior levels.
  • Success in securing and growing client spend simultaneously across multiple clients/brands.
  • Demonstrate examples of delivering high value and volume projects within specified timelines.
  • Be commercially focussed, with a proven ability to grow and network multiple clients.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Have excellent administration, communication & interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise and possess good all-round computer literacy.
  • Be a real team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed.
