Description:
OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER:
The Account Manager role is the BetaNXT conduit to our clients. The Account Manager will manage accounts providing customers with service, support, and improvement opportunities to increase revenue, maximize retention and upsell. They have the deepest relationship with our clients and understand their business, strategies, organizational structure, and technologies. The Account Manager will work to identify opportunities where BetaNXT can assist our clients in fulfilling their business needs.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar degree programs, required.
- 5+ years of experience in Account or Relationship Management, with solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationship.
- Possess extensive knowledge of BetaNXT suite of products.
- Has deep knowledge of industry and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to plan and execute strong strategies and solve problems quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Keen, friendly, professional with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Substantial experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
