ACCOUNT MANAGER
Reports to: Client Relationship & Growth Manager
Location: Hybrid - Sydney CBD (2 days on-site)
Hours: 32hrs across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through exceptional customer service, providing professional and credible guidance that champions best practices.
- Engage with clients to understand their unique needs, articulate the value our products bring, and support them in unlocking their full potential.
- Support stakeholders through successful integrations, onboarding, and ongoing success, becoming their trusted partner every step of the way.
- Work closely with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Act as a voice for the client, advocating for an outstanding app experience and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Proactively engage with customers to reduce churn, strengthen loyalty, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues across the internal teams
- Discover and execute opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, helping clients achieve more with our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and marketing initiatives to align with client needs and drive business growth.
- Use data and analytics to better understand customer behaviour and inform strategic decision-making.
- Continuously look for ways to innovate, streamline processes, and enhance how we deliver value to clients.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive CRM records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Master the full scope of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value and meet diverse customer needs.
- Stay informed about trends in edtech, market changes, and government initiatives that may influence the industry and our clients.
- Uphold Wonde’s values and represent our brand with pride and professionalism in all interactions
