As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Account Manager B2B & Residential to drive our B2B growth by building relationships with businesses requiring regular fleet maintenance services.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying, prospecting, and closing fleet management contracts with businesses across Vancouver Island. This role is commission-based, rewarding high-performing professionals for successfully onboarding new commercial accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of business-to-business (B2B) commercial sales experience, ideally within fleet management, vehicle services, automotive, or similar industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in consultative selling, lead generation, client negotiations, and closing deals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions professionally and persuasively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet management and commercial vehicle maintenance requirements is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in trending Software and automation systems, CRM tools, and email efficiency.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay driven in a performance-based role.
- Vehicle Access: Reliable transportation for client visits across Vancouver Island.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and engage businesses with vehicle fleets (e.g., delivery services, trades, transportation, construction, rental car companies, etc.).
- Client Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle, including cold calling, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing contracts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers to establish trust and loyalty.
- Account Management: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain contact to promote long-term relationships and service upselling opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales updates and reports to management, tracking leads, sales activity, and revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
