QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in account management, technical project management or customer success
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics or equivalent is preferred, MBA is a asset
  • Proven track record in services/consulting and software sales
  • Strong technical knowledge and acumen of Data, Cloud, AI, ML and BI concepts
  • Experience in deploying Analytics and Data Management solutions, including Big Data, Reporting, AI, and ML
  • Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for a non-technical audience
  • Superior presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for a non-technical audience
  • Aptitude for building rapport and maintaining relationships with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in developing pre-sales technical capability in the Cloud Data space and present solutions to customers
  • Ability to travel to client offices throughout the Western Canada
  • High level of energy and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive self-starter who can operate as part of a team and individually

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales strategy
  • Forge strategic alliance and partnership with key individuals within the technical partner community
  • Build and maintain senior and executive-level relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Effectively collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and orchestrate the entire sales cycle
  • Propose relevant offers, solutions, and upsells to help clients maximize their investments and leverage our full range of capabilities
  • Monitor progress against targets and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Effectively connect client requirements with our offerings, clearly articulating the value of our services for successful sales engagements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships at senior management levels
  • Gain a deep understanding of Adastra’s service offerings and collaborate closely with practice leads to develop tailored solutions for our customers
  • Prepare detailed written proposals and deliver compelling presentations to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage agreements and contracts with customers, suppliers, and vendors
  • Diligently utilize and maintain the CRM system to update customer information, opportunities, and the sales cycle
  • Manage key accounts with current clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams and HR to identify and source the right talent and resources
  • Strengthen technology partner relationships and present pre-sales solutions to customer audiences
  • Establish strong relationships with internal expertise leads, effectively partnering to minimize sales cycle times and maximize conversion rates
