Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in Building Automation and HVAC Industry.
- People management and team-working experience.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Technologies, Designs and related industries.
- Strong problem solving ability and initiatives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop and sell commercial contracts.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for generating sales, hand in hand with account management of the service and maintenance contracts.
- Actively promote and professionally deliver Carrier /Automated Logic’s service and projects offerings to new and existing customers.
- Work with other team members at all times to ensure delivery of promises to customers, and to maximise lifetime business opportunities.
- Provide a high level of technical support to Service Technicians and Carrier / Automated Logic customers.
- Regularly visit key customers, ensure there are no ongoing issues, and maximise sales opportunities at each customer site.

- Liaise with technicians and site contacts for purposes of submitting timely quotations for additional works.
- Be aware of overall Company financial objectives and work proactively to achieve those goals.
- Identify and develop relationships with existing and new customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Together with the Operations Manager, complete scheduled reviews of Service Technician’s personal performance and performance measurements.
- Resolve customer service and account disputes in a timely manner as they arise.
