Position Summary
In an Account Manager/Collection Specialist, we are looking for candidates who are dedicated, flexible, task-oriented and self-driven. This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company’s relationship.
An Account Manager/Collection Specialist will be expected to help customers stay current with their agreed upon payment plans, helping them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction.
Prior experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, rent to own, automotive sales is very helpful to the success at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
  • Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired
  • Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts
  • Contact references on expired accounts
  • Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
  • Handle field collections and de-installations
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Complete 25 calls per hour

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid state driver license
  • Pass drug screen and background check
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs
  • Availability to speak spanish is a PLUS

Responsibilities:
