  • Entry/Intermediate level sales position

Responsibilities:

WHY WE NEED THIS ROLE:

  • Managing a large portfolio of small and medium business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet
  • Reactive and proactive selling the full Voice & Network product portfolio and achieving sales quotas
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the customer
  • Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals)
  • Identify and win Sales Opportunities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Prospection and reactive/proactive upselling/ cross sell
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities
  • Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
  • Serve as lead contact for all account management matters
  • Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximise profits and increase revenue base
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive
  • Digital management through campaigns and digital tools (if applicable)
