Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehend media diaries and work closely with external media agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered as per deadlines.
  • Monitor the budget and ensure there is no overspending and encourage spending if the fund is underutilised.
  • Prepare costing and timelines for the client to sign off before the commencement of campaigns.
  • Craft clear and precise creative and production briefs and brief the relevant teams such as Creative, Web dev, and Copy teams.
  • Be a brand advocacy and ensure work complies with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per schedule and quality is in place at all times.
  • Be responsible for the creation and/or update of all administrative documentation, e.g., WIP, job numbers, scope of work, cost estimates, and purchase orders.
  • Liaison with global creative agencies in obtaining or clarifying campaign assets.
  • Develop an understanding of the profitability of client(s) business.
  • Work closely with Account Director to deliver exceptional customer experience.

This role will oversee accounts across APAC markets, with three key responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with key client and agency stakeholders, managing perceptions and expectations, demonstrating high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Day-to-day management of accounts from crafting of briefs, conceptualisation through to production and submission.
  • Plan and manage project budgets as well as timelines
