YOUR ROLE

The Crop Protection Account Manager will manage direct sales to Strategic accounts within Agrico’s crop protection business in Eastern Canada. This individual will build a sustainable business relationship with distributors and select retail accounts and, in symphony with the Sollio team, provide exceptional customer service in product knowledge, forecasting and logistic support.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically analyze the needs, and successfully position crop protection products, for distributor and select wholesale accounts in the Eastern Canada geography.
  • Negotiate and execute a growth and profit focused sales strategy
  • Implement a comprehensive call strategy in alignment with the objectives of the Agrico sales team.
  • Creatively imagine and deliver customer support to strengthen relationships and grow sales.
  • Coordinate the delivery of product knowledge, and positioning at the field level
  • Challenge and change the status quo by critically evaluating program effectiveness and competitive activity to achieve the best for our customers.
  • Continue to develop professionally, remaining current with new technologies and sales management tools and tactics.
