JOB DESCRIPTION

At 5B’s, our customer service reps dive into the embroidery & screen print world to help their customers with inquiries and orders. They learn everything about our process from when the order is placed to when the finished product leaves our site, including what products we work with and how to write the order to get from the office, into production and out the door. Our reps do more than just answer questions over the phone, they follow the process until complete and ensure customer satisfaction.
