Dentsu Creative is on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Account Executive ready to step up or an Account Manager to join our Melbourne team and work across our biggest clients!
What your typical day will look like:
As the Account Manager, you will take responsibility and be the key day-to-day liaison between the Clients, Agency, and Partners. You will lead projects and campaigns through brand awareness, acquisition, retention, and life-cycle.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and nurturing client relationship and implementing day-to-day client account activities
  • Take control of project timelines and budgets, keeping your team and client on track
  • Deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  • Managing and developing the junior team to deliver exceptional results
  • Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
  • Partnering with the Account Directors in researching, preparing, presenting, and implementing high quality business proposals for the client

A bit about you:

  • Strong agency experience, preferably as an AM or leading a team
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and decision-making skills
  • You have a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and how they impact clients
  • Creatively minded with a solid understanding of what makes great work
