Our dynamic team is currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients within the skincare and medical spa industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide product training, support, and demonstrations to clients in both English and French.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Represent Derme&CO at trade shows, events, and conferences to promote our brand and products.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied and to assess opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the skincare or medical spa industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for skincare, medical aesthetics, and wellness.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Availability for occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
