We’re looking for a client services professional with demonstrated experience in residential property management. Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager with DI, you will be managing an existing portfolio of real estate agency clients and working to safeguard the compliance of their agency and owners plus the safety of their tenants.
Reporting to the Account Management Team Leader, the purpose of your role is to build relationships with our existing and new real estate agency clients and to ensure their compliance. Supported by a central, Melbourne-based support team (help@DI), you are your clients’ principal point of contact. Elements of your role include (but are not limited to):
- Face-to-face visits with clients
- Management and active involvement in ensuring compliance with your client’s portfolio
- Respond to client calls and emails to assist and resolve any questions, requests or issues
- Support your teammates and other departments to provide a high level of service experience to our clients
- Liaise and work closely with our Client Services team to ensure any necessary actions are actioned promptly
