Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Digitas’ largest client accounts as an Account Manager.
You’ll be part of a Publicis Groupe team, collaborating with Digitas, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Publicis Poke to deliver best-in-class editorial content and campaigns for a leading UK client.

ESSENTIAL

  • An experienced Account Executive looking for the next step or an established Account Manager seeking more responsibility on a larger portfolio.
  • Strong background in a digital or creative agency with a good understanding of the creative process.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships.
  • Skilled in managing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial aptitude with effective budget management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across various departments and disciplines.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise to meet client needs.
  • Comfortable taking and interpreting briefs, receiving and challenging feedback, and delivering against project plans.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an exciting time to join our team and help deliver exceptional editorial content for one of our largest clients. We’re looking for a passionate Account Manager who thrives in a leading global digital agency and delivers standout creative work. As a key player within the team, you will manage the day-to-day account activities, working closely with Project Management and Client Services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and on brief. Occasional travel and shoot attendance may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Management: Act as a critical point of contact, managing key client relationships.
  • Project Leadership: Brief, execute, and deliver editorial content across owned channels in collaboration with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead conversations with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams, and manage daily stand-up meetings.
  • Event Attendance: Occasionally travel and attend shoots and events.
  • Project Management: Track and manage project budgets and financials.
  • Client Interaction: Understand and interpret client briefs, challenge requests when necessary, and ensure the best solutions are delivered.
