JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to join our team. The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Amazon. This role involves developing strategies to drive online sales, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive e-com business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, online sales, or digital marketing.
· Extensive experience in client account management within e-commerce, B2B, digital marketing agency, or sales, an invaluable asset.
· Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights and reports.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with internal teams and Amazon POC to ensure smooth account operations and sales experience.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, ensuring both parties (TP-Link and Amazon) needs and goals are met. i.e. Annual Joint Business Planning, Quarterly Business Review
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
· Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and improve product branding.
· Educate clients on e-commerce best practices, trends, and opportunities for growth.
· Identify opportunities for Ecom team to expand into new marketplaces, product categories, or potential partnerships. i.e. Amazon Alexa Bundle Partnership
· Perform other duties as assigned by team lead.
