To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience with FMCG sales, with a good understanding of the on-trade channel. Experience with luxury would be an advantage. Hands on sales experience with a proven successful track record is a must. You will have strong negotiation skills, good financial acumen and a business mindset.
You will operate with a proactive and dynamic approach, using your interpersonal and influencing skills to drive customer engagement and build strong internal relationships through collaboration. You will work well as part of a small team and be comfortable working independently. Due to the global nature of our business, you will be Fluent in English and Finnish with high quality communication and presentation skills.
Due to the field based nature of this role, where you will be visiting key accounts and customers, a clean driving licence is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers to promote our products and create partnerships.
  • Enhance Edrington’s presence in luxury and strategic outlets by driving distribution, rotation and brand presence at new and existing customers.
  • Build strong customer engagement within fine dining restaurants and premium cocktail bars to grow Edrington super- & ultra-premium portfolio.
  • Establish strong customer base by closing new on-trade contracts and managing customer P&L.
  • Manage wholesaler relationships with the goal of increase brand awareness and driving sales
  • Conduct customer tastings and trainings.
  • Implement and execute leading brand activations and campaigns at key customers.
  • Act as Customer Relations Management system lead.
  • Management of customer orders with the customer service team
